ExtrasJar provides health insurance to improve your personal and financial health. ExtrasJar offers hospital cover and an ExtrasJar account. An ExtrasJar account allows you to save to pay for health care general treatments (extras). Whilst you save, we invest your money into a registered Managed Investment Scheme (MIS) and you can use your invested funds to pay for health care extras with your debit card for approved health care services.
An ExtrasJar account allows you to save to pay for health care general treatments (extras) by making one-off and/or periodic deposits into your account. Your deposits will be used to purchased units in the ExtrasJar registered Management Investment Scheme (Australian Registered Scheme Number (ARSN): xxx xxx xxx). You can find out more about the Management Investment Scheme in the Disclosure Documents. You can use your units in the fund to pay for health care extras using your available balance. You can pay for the extras using your debit card.
